Covspect offers expanded warranties and Service Level Agreements (SLA's) on virtually every product carried in our Bio-Store. Extend your warranty to 3, 4, or even 5 years. Expanded warranties include remote support, 7 days per week, and built-in dosimeter UV validation to ensure UV hardware performance.
Remote Support: 7-Days P/W
Covspect’s support team can assist you remotely seven days per week. We can troubleshoot support, warranty, or service issues across a range of our biosafety products. Our team can get answers to your support questions and help schedule services.
Maintenance
With our custom maintenance contracts, you’ll have experts on call and break/fix agreements with our partner OEMs that cover repair, or replacement of your devices. Strong OEM partnerships enable us to expedite your maintenance needs immediately. We pride ourselves on our same-day customer response time.
Engineering
Ask about our licensed professional electrical engineering contractors available for UV install projects deployed through Covspect. Our Engineering partners have the strongest local reputations and industrial electrical and controls backgrounds.
